Excellence In Ministry Network (EIM)
Excellence In Ministry Network is for pastors and leaders that are interested in taking their ministries to the next level. Members of the EIM network will be trained in church how to’s by Dr. James Pierce. The Excellence In Ministry Network does not function as a denomination or have a governmental control over your ministry. EIM will provide insight, instruction and guidance upon request. There is an annual FREE conference for leadership training and church development where you may bring your leaders and helps partners for training in ministry and leadership. This helps your team catch your vision and get equipped to carry it out in excellence. This conference always features new and innovative training materials that can be purchased in bulk or individually to grow your ministry, mature your leaders and cause unity within your ministry and its members.
Why Did Dr. James Pierce start the Excellence In Ministry Network?
To meet your needs! EIM was created to respond of the influx of requests for mentorship and training from Drs. James and Stacia Pierce. They answered the call to mentor pastors and leaders, and they are here to support you.
Who can join the Excellence In Ministry Network?
Membership is available to pastors and leaders who desire to sucessfully fulfill the call on their lives, develop personally, and operate in excellence in every area of their ministry.
What are the membership requirements?
Membership is available to pastors and leaders of any denomination, EIM will provide as much support to the pastor or leader but will not exercise administrative control over it’s members or ministries. Pastors and leaders should be open to new ideas and be willing to make changes where needed.
What do the members of the Network or Association receive?
Excellence In Ministry Network membership privileges include personal mentorship from Dr. james Pierce and his wife Dr. Stacia Pierce, ministry oversight for those that desire it, spiritual support and accountability, prayer, periodic Leadership notes, VIP treatment at Life Changers Christian Center’s special events, priority booking for speaking engagements, and exceptional training for your staff and leaders. Ordination is also available upon request.
How can I join the Excellence In Ministry Network?
Complete the application and submit that along with a 1 time free of $50 (per ministry) to cover administrative costs and application processing. A letter of recommendation is needed from your spiritual leader or church.
