Shipping:

We normally ship items out within 2-3 business days unless your item is back ordered. At that time we will contact you with an estimated ship date of any back ordered item. Bulk or wholesale items will require additional time for preparing, packaging and shipping your items.

Returns:

We gladly exchange damaged or incorrect items within 30 days of your order. We will refund your shipping fee by providing a free product equal to the value of the return shipping. All tickets and registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. (This includes conferences, parties, and course fees). Along with any exchange, please include the following.

1. Reason for the exchange (does not play, was blank etc.)
2. Include your contact information (Name, Address & Phone number during business hours)
3. Ship your items to LCCC, Attn: Wisdom Resources, 3000 West Miller Road, Lansing, MI 48911.
4. Original order date and location (online, at LCCC, or list other location)
